When you book a hotel through Frankfurtflyer, you receive significant added value at the hotel and have VIP guest status. Frankfurtflyer benefits vary by hotel, but almost always include a daily complimentary breakfast for two per room, early check-in and late check-out, and a room upgrade based on availability. Many hotels also offer other attractive benefits (for example, a $100 USD hotel credit per stay). By the way: There are no additional fees for booking the unique Frankfurtflyer benefits.

Can I cancel a booking I made with Frankfurtflyer free of charge?
The vast majority of Frankfurtflyer hotel bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 or 48 hours before arrival. For the booking, only a credit card is required as a guarantee. The credit card will not be charged before the cancellation deadline. Payment is made by you personally at check-out on site at the hotel. In exceptional cases, such as on particularly popular dates or in selected cities, hotels may require a deposit. Rates that require a deposit in the form of a charge to the credit card at the time of booking are clearly marked by us.
